This is slightly more than 14 days before earliest possible hearing date so may be later when we know actual hearing date.
Milestone marks complete preparation of case including summary of argument, chronology, legislation, cases etc.
After that its actual appeal hearing then either on to High Court or writing papers, mopping up on damages etc (all of which is likely to be much more protracted and leisurely).
