Final draft Appeal Book Index not done in time but appointment has not been postponed ""to provide the parties with a forum to discuss any issues concerning the appeal book". Volunteers able to help discuss how to handle issues should meet from 9:00 a.m. onwards to to prepare for appointment. Read up on practices and rules and settlement correspondence and familiarize yourselves with the page numbers listed in the draft index from the Bound Collection pp1-402 (already delivered to FCA Registrar and AAT).
Could someone prepare tabs on a BC for each item in the draft index for easy lookup at the appointment. Actually everyone should do that anyway.
