by admin last modified Apr 02, 2008 11:21 PM

All work should be done below here. Scan each existing folder below here and then "Add new" folder within an existing folder or add your page, file or link to an existing folder or "Actions" checkout an existing page and Actions Checkin when you have finished editing it. Avoid editing titles or descriptions of existing folders or pages or any other editing without Checkout first and Checkin after. Use "sitemap" (top right hand corner) to see where things should go.

Folder Legislation by Arthur Dent — last modified Apr 07, 2008 06:32 PM
Relevant legislation (including statutes, other legislative instruments and explanatory memoranda, second reading speeches, journal, hansard, tabled reports etc) in form suitable for hyperlinked submission on CD or DVD so footnotes from Outline of Submissions and Chronology can lead directly to anchors for the required extracts. Initially upload links to Austlii with clear descriptions. Follow links (or references to JSCEM reports etc) from there. Upload as files all forms available (HTML, text, pdf and Word). Authoritative statutes and legislative instruments from COMLAW web site includes notes pointing to dates for assent and second reading speech. Parliament House web site provides indexes to Journals and Hansard including tabled reports. JSCEM Reports have references to other reports. Office of Parliamentary Counsel has drafting for Bills. Recursively.

Folder Statistics by Arthur Dent — last modified Mar 17, 2008 07:00 PM
Estimating the numbers of electors already disenfranchised by Proof Of Identity (PoI) scheme and likely future trends and administrative impacts and comparison with numbers of prisoners whose disenfranchisement was declared invalid by High Court recently. Assistance from non-lawyers interested in helping resist efforts to smuggle in "Australia Card" via electoral changes welcome. You need to be added to group "PoI" for access to the internal folder not visible to other registered users.

Internal

I spent over an hour reading (skimming) the stuff under Work - Internal. It is truly fascinating reading. Tasks great and small. Some cosmic. Ashby and White. Bridge and Bowden. Australia Card.
It displays a huge amount of energy. If the AEC could get access to all this, they should be very concerned about such a large and varied arsenal of ammunition.
