Initially upload links to Austlii with clear descriptions. Follow links (or references to JSCEM reports etc) from there. Upload as files all forms available (HTML, text, pdf and Word). Authoritative statutes and legislative instruments from COMLAW web site includes notes pointing to dates for assent and second reading speech. Parliament House web site provides indexes to Journals and Hansard including tabled reports. JSCEM Reports have references to other reports. Office of Parliamentary Counsel has drafting for Bills. Recursively.

- Postal voting deadlines and notification and provisions for overseas defence personnel and others. Itinerants typically also need postal votes so must be enrolled before same deadlines. Silent electors can automatically obtain postal votes so likewise.
